At Francesca's, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened cosmetic or skincare products.
How to Request a Return Please contact us at frankydrake@gmail.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve this for you promptly.
